Service Levels
Mr. Right Logistics shall offer to provide Airport-to-Airport and/or Door-to-Door delivery services for the following levels. Special pickup and/or delivery charges may apply. All service is subject to the lockout times and rates set forth in Schedule B.
Same Day : Same Day service is defined as Door-to-Door delivery on the same day of the pickup date before 23:59.
Next Day : Next Day service is defined as Door-to-Door delivery on the next day after the shipment pickup date by the close of business.
Two Day : Two Day service is defined as Door-to-Door delivery on the second day after the shipment pickup date by the close of business.
Three Day : Three Day service is defined as Door-to-Door delivery three days after the shipment pickup date by the close of business.
Deferred : Deferred service is defined as Door-to-Door Delivery Three to Five days after the shipment pickup date by the close of business.
